Position Info:

·         Position: Chef

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.00~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare high-quality meals and specialty dishes, maintaining a lead-by-example presence

·         Track daily food costs, inventory levels, and consumption to keep the kitchen within budget

·         Analyze monthly operating expenses and sales data to identify areas for waste reduction

·         Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items that balance creativity with profitability

·         Customize meals for guests with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions

·         Maintain high-quality plating and preparation standards

·         Order all necessary food, equipment, and kitchen supplies to prevent shortages

·         Manage kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance during high-volume shifts

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of commercial cooking including supervisory experience are required
