Position: Food Services Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations of the in-house dining facility to ensure smooth service flow, guest satisfaction, and alignment with overall operations.

·         Develop and implement food service procedures, service standards, and operational policies tailored to an in-house dining environment.

·         Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, ensuring employees are properly trained in hospitality standards, guest service, and workplace safety.

·         Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to maintain adequate staffing levels during peak operating periods.

·         Manage inventory, control food and beverage costs, and monitor revenues while adjusting operational practices to meet budget and performance targets.

·         Respond to guest feedback and service issues promptly, ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

·         Coordinate and negotiate with food and beverage suppliers and work collaboratively with management to support in-house dining services and special events.

Job requirements:

Experience: 3~5 years of related experience are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
