Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $29.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 1031 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3C7
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and overall restaurant operations
- Recruit and supervise staff, and oversee training and onboarding processes
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews
- Manage and set staff work schedules
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle cash balancing, prepare balance sheets, and complete related financial reports
- Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
