Position Info:

·         Position: Hairdresser

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $23.00-$24.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location:  5-10180 153 Street, Surrey, BC V3R 0B5

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Translate client requests into tailored cuts, trims, and styles

·         Wash and treat hair using professional shampooing techniques

·         Assess scalp and hair health to recommend specific treatments

·         Perform technical textures like perms, waves, and extensions

·         Mix and apply custom colors, bleaches, and tints

·         Order shop supplies to keep the inventory fully stocked

·         Book appointments to maintain an organized shop schedule

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a hairdresser are required
