Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $36.75/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 135-19 Helmcken Road, Victoria, BC V8Z 5G5

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan daily operations and implement procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

·         Develop budgets and cost products to manage expenses for food, beverage, and supplies

·         Prepare staff schedules and monitor floor performance to ensure efficient coverage

·         Facilitate staff training and performance reviews to support overall team development

·         Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages

·         Implement operational procedures for new services to improve overall restaurant flow

·         Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe environment

·         Address customer concerns promptly and ensure issues are resolved professionally

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
