Position Info:

·         Position: Chef

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty dishes

·         Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation to maintain consistency

·         Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

·         Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·         Track and maintain records of food costs, usage, sales, and inventory

·         Arrange equipment purchases and repairs

·         May be involved in the hiring process of kitchen staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
