Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-39.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and consistent service quality

·         Develop and manage operational budgets, including food costs, labour expenses, and supply expenditures, to support profitability

·         Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service and operational standards

·         Recruit, train, and onboard new employees to ensure adequate staffing and operational continuity

·         Prepare and manage staff work schedules based on business needs, peak hours, and labour cost targets

·         Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including provincial food safety requirements

·         Organize, monitor, and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure uninterrupted operations

·         Address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
