Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Prepare menu items according to established recipes and presentation

·         Adjust food preparation to safely accommodate guest allergies and dietary needs

·         Review portion sizes to ensure consistency with restaurant standards and cost goals

·         Procure ingredients and kitchen equipment to ensure a fully stocked station

·         Assist with kitchen workflows to maintain efficient service

·         Instruct kitchen helpers on cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols

·         Track stock levels and document usage for food, supplies, and equipment

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
