Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 2006 Oak Bay Ave, Victoria, BC V8R 1E4

Job Duties:

·         Direct daily floor operations and establish clear team workflow

·         Hire and train staff to ensure high performance and service standards

·         Schedule shifts and supervise staff to ensure full coverage and efficiency

·         Manage inventory levels and organize storage to prevent product shortages

·         Budget food, beverage, and supply costs to maintain profitability

·         Coordinate with suppliers to secure the pricing and quality on ingredients and supplies

·         Uphold health and safety codes to maintain a clean, compliant workspace

·         Resolve guest complaints to maintain a positive reputation

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
