Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $21.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: #103-450 East Columbia St, New Westminster BC V3L 3X5

Job Duties:

·         Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient workflow

·         Develop and maintain employee work schedules to ensure consistent staffing during all operating hours

·         Monitor front-counter inventory logistics, placing timely orders for packaging and service essentials to maintain uninterrupted business operations.

·         Guarantee that all food items and customer interactions consistently uphold the restaurant’s quality standards

·         Keep precise logs of inventory, daily sales, and food waste to optimize store performance

·         Instruct new team members on POS proficiency, exceptional guest relations, and rigorous front-of-house sanitation protocols.

·         Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues with a professional and positive attitude

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
