Position Info:

·         Position: Wholesale Establishment Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

·         Wage: $42.00~$45.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 130-11080 50 St SE, Calgary, AB T2C 5T4

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale seafood establishment to ensure efficient workflow

·         Locate, evaluate, and procure seafood products for resale by selecting quality merchandise and negotiating with suppliers

·         Plan and administer operational budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses

·         Address and resolve operational issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to maintain smooth business operation

·         Evaluate and assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies

·         Manage, supervise, and assign duties to staff, providing guidance and training to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards

·         Determine the range of seafood products and related services to be offered

·         Recruit, hire, and supervise staff providing training, performance evaluation, and guidance to maintain a skilled and effective workforce

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
