Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $36.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Develop and analyze restaurant budgets by monitoring supply costs

·         Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency

·         Implement operating procedures to maintain high quality and consistency

·         Recruit, train, and supervise service staff to build a motivated team

·         Create staff schedules that ensure adequate coverage while adhering to labor cost targets

·         Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements with suppliers to secure quality products

·         Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

·         Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
