Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $16.50~$19.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

Benefits:

·         10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

Monitor kitchen operation.
Keep the environment clean and sanitized.
Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling food items.
Prepare complete meals and all our menu items.
Plan new menu items, regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies.
Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
