Position Info:

· Wage: $35.40~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Job Duties:
· Oversee the work of cooks and other kitchen staff.
· Introduce cooking staff to new techniques and equipment.
· Develop menus and ensure that all food meets established quality standards.
· Prepare dishes tailored to customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
· Cook and prepare meals or specialty dishes as needed.
· Manage the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
· Coordinate the purchase and repair of kitchen equipment.
· Order food and other necessary kitchen supplies.
· Train cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
· Supervise and provide guidance to cooks and other kitchen personnel.
· Keep accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
Job Requirements:
· Language: English
· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
