We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2619883 Ontario Inc. o/a Popeyes (also known as Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen) located at 1337 London Road Sarnia, ON N7S 1P6. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant’s brand and reputation.
Location of Employment: 1337 London Road Sarnia, ON N7S 1P6
Salary: $17 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per Week.
Type: Permanent, Full Time Employment.
Work Hours: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Overtime, Shift, Weekend.
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible.

Overview and Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferable
Work Site Environment:

Work Setting:
• Food service establishment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
Supervision:
• 5-10 staff members
• Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
• Kitchen and food service helpers.
