Aurora Village, located in Yellowknife, NT. is currently looking for a Bookings Clerk – wholesale travel position!

 

Job Position: Booking Clerks – wholesale travel (NOC 64313)

Company: 4720 Northwest Territories LMT (o/a Aurora Village)

Wage: $21.50-$22.00/hour

Working hours: 30-40 hours a week (to be negotiated)

Business/Working Location: 4709 – 50TH Avenue, Yellowknife, NT X1A 1N4 Canada

 

Job Duties:

–       Receive and process customer travel requests and reservations

–       Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel products and services

–       Manage flight, hotel, and transportation bookings and make necessary schedule adjustments

–       Provide customers with information on travel itineraries, pricing, policies, and regulations

–       Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds

–       Prepare and maintain travel-related documents and customer records

–       Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues

–       Promote and sell travel insurance and additional services

–       Assist in preparing marketing materials and supporting promotional activities

–       Research travel trends and destinations to provide up-to-date recommendations

 

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school is required.

-Previous work experience in the travel field would be an asset.
