Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.50-$32.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Direct daily operations to synchronize the kitchen and dining room

·         Standardize service procedures and menu quality to ensure consistency

·         Schedule staff to meet peak demand while maintaining labor targets

·         Manage the budget to drive profitability and control food costs

·         Lead the crew through hands-on training and immediate performance feedback

·         Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing on all supplies

·         Recruit a reliable team that fits the restaurant’s pace and culture

·         Resolve guest concerns immediately to maintain the restaurant’s reputation

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
