Position Info:

· Position: Technical Sales Specialist

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $40.06/hour

· Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

· Number of Positions: 1

· Work Location: 16-250 Shields Court, Markham, ON L3R 9W7

Job Duties:

· Actively research, identify, and approach prospective dental clinics, laboratories, and distributors to expand the company’s client base and generate new business opportunities

· Analyze each client’s clinical and operational requirements to recommend suitable technical products and customized solutions

· Conduct detailed technical presentations demonstrating product specifications, performance advantages, and practical applications to prospective clients

· Draft and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all pricing, delivery terms, and technical specifications are accurately documented

· Prepare accurate quotations outlining pricing structures, product configurations, warranty coverage, and delivery timelines

· Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product customization or specification adjustments

· Provide technical instruction and training to clients on proper product usage, handling, and maintenance procedures

· Investigate and resolve technical or service related issues reported by clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long term business relationships

Job requirements:

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required

· Experience: 2-3 years experience in technical sales or hands on experience in a technical field related to dental products, medical devices, or similar precision equipment is required

· Language: English
