What you will do
Schedule and confirm appointments and support daily calendar management.
Answer and relay telephone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
Respond to electronic enquiries and maintain timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Greet visitors and provide front desk support as required.
Type, proofread, and format documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
Maintain office records and organize documentation to support operations and compliance.
Order office supplies and support inventory and office organization.
Coordinate administrative tasks across the team and support process improvements.
Work environment and expectations
This is an on site office role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions throughout the day.
What we are looking for
Professional and reliable with strong organization skills.
Comfortable communicating by phone and email and managing scheduling responsibilities.
Able to work independently and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
English required.
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
