Specific Skills

·  Supervise and coordinates activities of truck drivers who transport cargo to and from specified locations.

·  Schedule drivers and assigns routes.

·  Lead drivers to exceed productivity goals and expectations for all routes.

· Ensure customer satisfactions and resolve work related problems.

·  Recommend measures to improve work methods.

·  Ensure health and safety are followed.

·  Hire, train and arrange for truck driver training and hiring process.

·  Resolve unusual service request, equipment breakdown.

·  Overseas the loading and unloading safety process.

·  Monitor the transportation budgets, create work reports to ensure funds are properly utilized and implement organizational objectives a dictated management.

· Ensure employees adhere to company policies, and legal regulations.

· Performed other duties assigned by management.
