Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 70-1395 Hillside Drive, Kamloops, BC V2E 2R7

Job Duties:

• Supervise and evaluate food service workers’ activities.
• Establish staff’s schedules and work procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Train food service workers in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Address complaints or inquiries from customers.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required.
• Keep records of inventory and control wastage.
• Participate in hiring food service staff.

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Language: English
