B.C. Furnace Service Ltd. is seeking a F/T Web Designer

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Web Designer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.50~$33.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: #3 – 75 Blue Mountain Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 0A7

Job Duties:

·         Arrange optimal practices for design, standards, and guidelines

·         Maintain the appearance of a website by applying content standards

·         Designing visual content for websites and maintaining the consistency of the organization’s brand

·         Create and refine content for the website with a range of applications including animation, databases, and graphics

·         Conduct tests and improve the design and functionality of a website

·         Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Web site graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience as a graphic designer is required

·         Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or graphic design or completion or a college program in computer science, graphic arts, or Web design is required
