Position Info:
· Position: Restaurant Manager
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and consistent food quality
· Analyze operating budgets and financial performance to maximize profitability while controlling costs
· Monitor sales revenue and adjust staffing levels and labour costs accordingly
· Develop and manage budgets related to food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and operational materials
· Review menu pricing and food preparation methods to align with budgetary and operational requirements
· Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff to meet operational needs
· Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
· Maintain inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure timely availability of supplies
· Negotiate with food and supply vendors to secure cost effective and reliable sourcing
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
· Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
· Support a positive dining experience by maintaining service standards and operational consistency
Job requirements:
· Language: English
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
