Tasks:

Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Taking orders from wait staff and preparing food according to customer preference
Ensuring a high quality of cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the kitchen
Following recipes and procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Organize buffets and banquets
