Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $21.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Supervise the daily workflow of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning

·         Instruct the service team on operational duties, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols

·         Order necessary food inventory and kitchen supplies to ensure consistent stock levels

·         Monitor food quality and service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards

·         Keep track of administrative records, including inventory logs, sales reports, and staff schedules

·         Project the volume of ingredients and supplies required for upcoming meal services

·         Facilitate the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of food service staff

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation or service is required
