Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1467 Hampshire Road, Victoria, BC V8R 4T5

Job Duties:

·         Hire, train and manage staff

·         Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans

·         Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

·         Maintain health and safety regulations are followed

·         Develop and analyze budgets to maintain the restaurant’s profits and determine the cost

·         Modify food preparation method and prices according to the restaurant budget

·         Oversee and conduct staff performance reviews

·         Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
