We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring top-quality food and service standards. Duties:
– Create and maintain efficient staff schedules and implement procedures to streamline kitchen and service activities.
– Train team members on their responsibilities, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
– Forecast and arrange the purchasing of food ingredients and kitchen supplies necessary for meal production.
– Track inventory, monitor equipment maintenance, and record data related to sales, waste, and supply usage.
– Monitor food preparation and service delivery to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards.
– Oversee and manage the daily tasks of staff involved in preparing, portioning, and serving food to ensure smooth operations.
– Assist in designing menu options and calculating related food and labor costs for budget planning.
– Contribute to hiring processes and support the creation or improvement of workplace policies, procedures, and operational plans.

– Completion of Secondary school
