Brave & Young Distributors Ltd. is looking for F/T Butchers – Wholesale

Position Info:

·         Position: Butcher – Wholesale

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $26.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: Location: 11955 95A Avenue, Delta, British Columbia V4C 3W1

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Clean meats to prepare for processing and cutting

·         Prepare standard cuts of meats by cutting, trimming, and boning

·         Wrap and package prepared meats

·         Manage inventory and keep records of sales

·         Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats

·         Establish amount and freshness of products in accordance with company and customer requirements

·         Ensure workplace conditions are adequate and clean

·         Adhere to safe work practices and food safety standards

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required

·         Experience: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
