Overview

Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on current trends in children’s fashion, including emerging designers, popular styles, and seasonal trends, to guide merchandising decisions and assist customers with styling advice.
• Coordinate and oversee store display and visual merchandising, ensuring they reflect the brand’s aesthetic and effectively showcase featured products and themes.
• Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, styling techniques, and customer engagement strategies to elevate the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and events that resonate with the target demographic and align with the brand’s image.
• Act as a liaison between store staff and management, communicating feedback, concerns, and suggestions to support continuous improvement and employee morale.
