Key Responsibilities:

Nail Care Services: Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and other nail treatments, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their nail care requirements, offer expert advice, and provide tailored recommendations.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment, strictly adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry, and educate clients on available products and services.
Appointment Management: Efficiently manage client appointments, schedules, and walk-in clients, optimizing time utilization and client contentment.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and foster a warm and inviting atmosphere within the salon.
Retail Sales: Promote and sell nail care products and accessories to clients, enhancing their at-home nail care routines.

Qualifications:

Secondary (High) School graduation.
A minimum of 7 months of experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting.
Proficient knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for delivering high-quality nail services and exceeding client expectations.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
