Responsibilities:
Tasks:
Tempering chocolate, preparing ganaches and caramels,
Demonstrating excellence in details like garnishing
Skilled in efficient time management and the ability to plan and manage a production schedule in the kitchen.
Skilled at working with a team and able to focus and work alone.
Keeps a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Prepare special orders
Operate machinery
Organize and maintain inventory
Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the core values of Chocolate Tofino’s culture
