Ireh Construction is seeking F/T Construction Helpers

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Construction Helper

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $23.00~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 1951 Kaptey Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3K 5Z7

 

Benefits:

·         10 days paid vacation per year

 

Job Duties:

·         Load and unload construction materials, and move them to work areas

·         Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials

·         Clear construction sites and other debris with rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows

·         Clean up chemical spills and other wastes and hazardous materials

·         Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites

·         Assist heavy equipment operators in safely moving machinery as well as other activities such as fastening attachments to equipment

·         Assist tradespersons in construction activities

·         May perform other duties as directed

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: No experience is required

·         Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required

·         Language: English
