Position Info:

·         Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.37~$33.00/hour (depending on Experience)

·         Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 102-4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of salon

·         Oversee contracts for advertising or marketing procedures

·         Handle and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Plan, and control budget and manage inventory

·         Engage in the process of recruiting, training and supervising staff

·         Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the service being offered are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
