Position Overview

Clearsolv is seeking a Logistics and Production Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily logistics, inventory, and production activities, ensuring efficient material flow and full compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of logistics and production staff.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and inventory control of materials, components, and finished products.

Manage and process purchasing transactions and material requisitions.

Coordinate production workflow and support scheduling of tasks and resources.

Schedule transportation routes, dispatch loads, and coordinate carrier activities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Troubleshoot operational issues, address complaints, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.

Perform operational tasks as needed, similar to those carried out by supervised staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, production coordination, or operational support—ideally within chemical, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems effectively.

Knowledge of inventory processes, transportation logistics, documentation, and industrial safety standards.

Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork.

Wage $32.65 full time 40 hours a week
