Como Sushi Enterprises Ltd. dba Sushi U Plus is looking for full-time Cooks.

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $17.62 to $20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 128-1960 Como Lake Avenue, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 3R3

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Prepare accurate ingredients in accordance with the complete meals or individual dishes

·         Order kitchen supplies and equipment

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

·         Check food and ingredients for freshness

·         Always keep the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         May involve in recruitment, training of new staff

·         Create new menu items, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
