Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1392 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3E4

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.

·         Help implement and enforce internal policies and operational standards.

·         Coordinate employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.

·         Monitor stock levels and track daily earnings to optimize store workflows.

·         Assist in recruiting and mentoring new team members to ensure high performance.

·         Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the Manager.

·         Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the facility.

·         Coordinate with vendors and assist in managing supplier relationships and procurement.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
