Overview
Job title: In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is May 1, 2026.
Language requirement: French or English.
Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour.
Location: AbHa… lives in Montreal, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The major intersection is Sherbrooke St. W and Rte 112.
Duties may include:
1- This job is to help with the care of three children, aged 4, and 3 year old.
2- Supervision of children when parents are not at home
3- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise
4- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
5- Supervision of children when parents are not at home
6- General housework that will include doing, laundry and some ironing.
7- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment
Qualifications:
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
