Relocation: Transportation costs covered by the employer
Benefits: One meal per working day in the staff cafeteria, dry cleaning for your uniform (some exceptions apply) and 50% discount in our food & beverage outlets (exceptions may apply), and will be provided accommodation based on double occupancy during your contract period. You will be responsible for paying any personal income tax arising from these benefits.

The wage at the time of the offer is $23.87. The wage is subject to an increase to $27.28 after completing 50 shifts.

looking for Housemen to join our team and undertake the responsibilities described below.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• General cleaning of both public and staff areas to departmental standards
• Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat, and free of debris and trash as needed
• Clean, disinfect, and polish fixtures/appliances as well as public areas
• Linen and amenity distribution (clean towels and toiletries)
• Responding to guests’ request as directed and exceed guest expectations
• Report and store lost and found items
* All duties will be performed in accordance with the Fairmont Empress’ commitment to luxury service
standards

Employment Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hotel luxury environment an asset
• Must physically be able to: carry/push/lift objects weighting up to 75lbs, stoop, kneel, reach,
stand, walk, bend, twist, and push
• Physically capable of performing repetitive work
