Overview
Fas Gas is seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
Key Responsibilities
Assign sales workers to duties and supervise daily activities
Establish and manage employee work schedules
Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
Organize and oversee inventory control
Sell merchandise and assist customers as needed
Authorize returns of merchandise
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Manage cash and oversee financial transactions
Ensure smooth operation of the retail store
Work Environment
Work must be performed on-site at the store location
Fast-paced retail setting requiring strong organizational and communication skills
