Required skills :

–         Necessary experience: High school diploma or equivalent

–         Professional experience: Two (2) years of experience

–         Spoken language: English

–         Written language: English

 

Tasks :

–         Repair large appliances, whether electric or gas-powered, for residential or commercial use.

–         Identify the cause of malfunctions by inspecting control panels, condensers, timers, fans, and other components.

–         Consult product diagrams and manuals, and disassemble the appliance using hand tools.

–         Replace defective components and sub-assemblies and reassemble the appliance using hand tools and welding and brazing equipment

–        Prepare maintenance schedules, as needed
