Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $25.00~ $27.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:

  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages, including electronic inquiries
  • Arrange and verify appointments and meetings on behalf of the employer
  • Generate written documents, proofread them, and compile reports
  • Schedule and organize daily operations
  • Handle internal information flow, which includes distributing incoming emails and various materials

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1~2 years of related experience are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
