Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $18.00~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

Prepare accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Supervise all kitchen performance
Maintain inventory and monitors food condition, supplies, and equipment
Keep sanitized of kitchen and all food service areas
Organize menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
May train for new staff and assist other cooks in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

Job requirements:

Language: English
Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
