Position Info:

• Position: Retail Butcher
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $23.00 ~ $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 4
• Work Location: 14390 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y3

Job Duties:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting meats
• Grind and Weigh meats for sale
• Remove bones from meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats and sell meats to customers
• Price meat products
• Use of saws and knives to cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine
• Follow established procedures, including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
