Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: 17.62~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 115-1199 Lynn Valley Road, North Vancouver, BC V7J 3H2

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook entire meals utilizing the restaurant’s recipes

·         Maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Place orders for food supplies and equipment if necessary

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         Supervise the activities of kitchen helpers

·         May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required

·         Language: English
