Position Info:

·         Position: Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $19.00 – $21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 4-130 Glacier Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 5Z6

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

·         5 days of paid sick leave per year

 

Job Duties:

·         Follow the steps to prepare dough and batters for pancakes and pastries

·         Ensure the quality of products meets established standards

·         May train staff on how to prepare, bake, and handle the finished products

·         Request for orders for baking equipment and supplies

·         Operate machinery

·         Keep the baking station and work area clean and sanitized

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial baking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
