Overview
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise the daily activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of goods.
- Establish work schedules, procedures, and delivery priorities to ensure efficient supply chain and logistics operations.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory levels, and resolve work-related or operational problems.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate employees to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Requisition supplies, materials, and equipment required for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Oversee the operation of warehouse equipment, machinery, and computerized inventory or logistics systems, and arrange maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate activities with other departments or supply chain units.
- Perform duties of supervised staff when required to support daily operations.

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
