Position Info:

· Position: Restaurant Manager

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $37.00-38.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

· Number of Positions: 1

· Work Location: 100 221 Ioco Road, Port Moody, BC V3H 4H2

Job Duties:

· Analyze the restaurant’s budget and financial performance to improve profitability while maintaining operational standards

· Develop and manage operating budgets, including forecasting costs for food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials

· Plan, coordinate, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent service quality and efficient workflow

· Monitor sales revenue and staffing levels to manage labour costs and align staffing with business needs

· Prepare and manage staff work schedules based on operational demands, customer volume, and business priorities

· Supervise restaurant staff and monitor individual performance to ensure service standards and productivity expectations are met

· Recruit, onboard, and support new employees to maintain stable staffing levels and operational continuity

· Conduct cost analysis of products and services to support pricing decisions and effective cost control

· Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste of food and supplies

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with provincial requirements and internal policies

· Address customer concerns and resolve service issues to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the restaurant’s reputation

Job requirements:

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required

· Language: English
