FukuRoku Express Sushi is seeking F/T Cooks.

Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time

·         Wage: $17.62~$21.00 /hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location#155 – 4651 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC V6X 2C4

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Maintain inventory and accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or various types of Japanese dishes

·         Supervise kitchen helpers

·         Maintain food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized

·         Determine the appropriate food portions, and order necessary supplies and equipment

·         Participate in hiring and training the kitchen helpers if necessary

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Language: English
