Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Officer
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions:  1
  • Work Location: 22594 Old Yale Road, Langley, BC V2Z 2V4

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Fulfill administrative activities such as monitoring mailboxes and responding to all general inquiries
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Provide initial onsite training
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

 

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
