Position Info:
- Position: Administrative Officer
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 22594 Old Yale Road, Langley, BC V2Z 2V4

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Fulfill administrative activities such as monitoring mailboxes and responding to all general inquiries
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Provide initial onsite training
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
