Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00 / hr

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 1212 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3X4

Job Duties:

·         Cook various menu items while following specific recipes and quality standards

·         Portion and measure ingredients precisely to ensure consistency and limit waste

·         Handle meal prep for guests with allergies by strictly following safety guidelines

·         Keep an eye on kitchen stock and help with ordering supplies when necessary

·         Document inventory and equipment details to keep kitchen operations running well

·         Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets all safety regulations

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
